PawsAbilities Terms and Conditions of Stay-At-Home Daycare Service

Introduction

The Stay-At-Home daycare services includes a meet and greet session and in-home visits to your dog in your home in your absence, or as agreed.

The Meet and Greet session is a pre-requisite to the Stay-At-Home Daycare service, its purpose is to asses your pets needs and their compatibility for the service.  This is a paid service.

During each visit we will provide for your dog’s basic health needs.
This may include feeding your dog, providing clean water, providing access to toileting for your dog, administering any oral medication specified and prescribed by your dog’s vet.

During each visit, we will support your dog’s behavioural health.
This may include bringing your dog for outings to appropriate areas, playing with your dog, calmly spending time with your dog, providing your dog with enrichment activities that may include sniffing games, puzzles, play, training exercises, and other appropriate activities.

Scheduling and Booking

Bookings for meet and greet sessions will be scheduled via phone or email after submission of the contact form on the website.

Bookings for daycare services will be scheduled via phone, email or in person after an initial meet and greet.

Availability is subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

While we will do our best to visit your dog at consistent times as close to those pre-arranged, due to unforeseen circumstances this may not be possible.  We generally schedule visits outside of rush hour times to limit delays caused by traffic.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Bookings will be confirmed once full payment has been received and all completed forms have been returned (by email).

By confirming your booking, paying required fees and submitting completed booking forms, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Meet and Greet

A meet and greet session is mandatory prior to the commencement of any daycare services.

The fee for the meet and greet is €35

This fee is non-refundable.

The amount of meet and greets needed will be determined on your dogs’ comfort level with meeting and being handled by our staff. Many dogs can find a new person entering their home stressful and to ensure everyone’s safety if your dog displays any signalling associated with discomfort/stress or fear subsequent sessions will need to be booked.
